Kimberly Rutledge, COTA/L

Kimberly Rutledge, COTA/L, is a compassionate occupational therapy assistant at A Grade Therapy in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a degree from Goodwin University in East Hartford, Connecticut, earned in 2015. 

With a passion for helping children and their families, Kim believes in meeting each child where they are and treating the whole child rather than just their diagnosis. Her collaborative approach integrates families and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress and success.

Kim’s experience spans various skilled therapy settings, but her heart lies in pediatrics. She finds immense fulfillment in helping children overcome challenges, achieve developmental milestones, and build confidence.

A resident of Waxhaw for the past two years, Kim enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and creating memories with her family. Her commitment to providing personalized, holistic care ensures that every child she works with is supported on their journey to success.
